 today’s class: 60 min of hot vinyasa power flow 


  thankful thought of the day #21 –
coffee and calmness 
i’ve been pondering lately if i am a calm person to others- 
i feel very calm inside 
{thanks to yoga over the past five years, independence, more confidence, and balance/structure}
this wasn’t always the case- by any means. 

so i asked my husband and close co-worker, krystil, of over six years 
🙂

and the verdict: 

mr. monaco – said we will have the calmest kids ever someday because he considers us both to be extremely calm (i agree) – so i think that’s a yes. watch them be the opposite. 

krystil – she said i am definitely more of a ‘b type’ personality – i questioned this because i see some crazy planning/organization in there- so she agreed and said that i have some ‘a type’ tendencies as well~ but more b. 
she concluded with a balance of the two 

i think this is a good thing…
oh, i’ve come along way. 
wishing you calm days and many cups of hot delicious coffee
