fruit salsa
needless to say, i think people loved my fruit salsa at the super bowl party i went to with friends – the highlight for me was seeing my dear friend, kate (love), and a bunch of other close friends!
however, i think they all loved the salsa.
so many memories with her!
as promised- here is the recipe 🙂
Fruit Salsa:
For Salsa:
2 lbs strawberries
3 kiwi
1 granny smith apple
For Dressing:
1 tablespoon apple jelly
1 tablespoon brown sugar
juice of ½ an orange
In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the dressing.
Chop fruit to desired size and toss with dressing. I recommend buying the veggie chopper from William Sonoma for the strawberries and apple. Refrigerate.
Serve with cinnamon graham crackers or cinnamon pita chips (or make your own pita chips by sprinkling soft tortillas with water and cinnamon sugar and baking until crisp).
i represented my cinci bengals <3
thanks brett for a great party! love you all
