wellness wednesday~ workouts, seeds, b12, and smoothie love
here is a breakdown of my workouts this week:
thursday- off
friday – walk/jog
saturday- 5k
sunday- walk
monday- hot yoga
tuesday- off
*hoping to do more a lot more hot yoga this week… however, the weather has been great for walks/jogs 😉
… also hoping to incorporate weights and some group classes!
