27 more days of cold lavender towels at the end of each practice.

    After a hot and sweaty 90-degree afternoon outside at our kindergarten picnic, I came home and did a 40 minute "Barre3 Wisdom" online video with Sadie. I'm noticing that core work is still challenging but much more effective, and I'm able to do much more and persist longer than when I first started. I also did the 10 minute arm workout you posted a few weeks ago. Feeling great and only a little sore!

    Yay!! So proud of you Rachel and am so glad you're doing this with me- keep it up!! And the arm workout is crazy good but crazy! Enjoy your last few days with your students
