this week’s workout plan
daily plan: 1. split between 6 am/evening power vinyasa hot yoga classes 2. a 10 minute arm workout with weights (twice a day) – video is available below- 3. a walk/jog each evening- it’s so beautiful in north carolina right now!!
tomorrow is one word wednesday… look for yellow inspirations today…

awe- thank you stacey- you are so sweet!! and i am so glad- just a warning- i am on day four and my arms are VERY sore… maybe stretch a little before and after – so you don't end up like me!! 🙂 have a great week and thanks for all the love.
