oh baby | eighteen weeks
how far along? | 18 weeks
due date: january 14, 2016
baby’s size | baby is the size of a sweet potato | 5.6 inches and 6.7 ounces
gender | a boy!!
feeling | overall, so good!! starting to love being pregnant – yay!!
maternity clothes | so far i don’t need to wear them but have purchased a few and loved the pants when i tried them on – so comfortable.
workouts | walks on the beach!
sleep | much better than last week! i think the baby loves the salt air <3
cravings | just lots of ice cold water
movement | sunday, august 9, was a very special evening. mr. monaco and i both had our hands on my belly when i felt baby boy do a real kick! mr. monaco couldn’t feel it, but it was the most evident movement so far! throughout this week, i have felt him more and more … i think baby boy loves the beach like his mom and dad.
fun facts | he is yawning, hiccuping, sucking, and swallowing. he’s twisting, rolling, punching, and kicking, too.
my view yesterday- ‘i see skies of blue and clouds of white’
miss anything | red sangria!
best moment of the week | feeling the baby kick! loved it- so much.
looking forward to | our ultrasound next week… i can’t wait to see him! the last time we saw him {at eight weeks} he looked like a little shrimp!
next appointment | next week!!!

My husband was able to feel his little girl for the first time on Father's day, and I think the look on his face was the most precious thing ever.
