a grateful heart

“darkness cannot drive out darkness;
only light can do that.
hate cannot drive out hate;
only love can do that.”
-martin luther king jr.-
i have loved every second of this weekend
our first free one in forever.
we ran errands, visited with friends, drank wine and watched a movie, cooked, went golfing
it was so nice.
on saturday i went to ikea to get a few things for my new workspace
here is a photo – but a post is coming soon:
{florals are from trader joe’s – $3.99}
i really love everything about ikea – much like world market, anthro, and flea markets-
it’s paradiseland for me.
today’s agenda:
mr. monaco surprised me with a massage!!!!
{there are no words- he did so well with this one.}
we are heading there later this morning and then plan on having a mini date after
i will let you know where we went soon…
lastly, i spent this morning reading, writing, clean meal planning, and enjoying the city view from our guest bedroom and office- it makes me happy. {i have been waking up really early- thanks to my ‘become a morning person’ goal of the year!!} but also have energy through the roof lately and feel amazing… i started back on an all natural, organic cleanse that i started in aug-october where i dropped 16 pounds, almost 30 inches and have never felt better… after two months off {and lots of holiday fun and love} i.am.so.back. i was dreaming about the products while going ‘buck wild’ celebrating – as my body was telling me; yearning to go back to healthy living. already feeling amazing… feel free to join me! i would love to help you and did this journey with you…
 email me if you are interested! it truly is amazing.

here is my friend’s amazing journey!!
hope your weekend went well!

    A massage?! Lucky girl!! That's really exciting. The only time I've had a professional massage was on our honey moon, and it was amazing!!
    Enjoy!

    Errands are my absolute favorite. Seriously. Whenever I go home to visit my parents, my mom saves her errands for she and I to run together haha! Can't wait to see what you got at Ikea… I miss having one nearby! So glad you were gifted a massage!! Not bad for a Monday! 😉
