a kindred wrap
today i am sharing my newest item for baby boy- a kindred wrap!
“our philosophy is to celebrate the millions of small quiet moments that happen throughout the day that make life truly wonderful. to us, family is everything. we believe that the moments we experience together become the memories we share forever. we hope to bring you a product that will make those little moments last a little longer by keeping those you love close to share, explore and discover more together.”
i am all about the concept behind baby wearing and hope to do it all the time with our baby boy. i am obviously very, very new at all of this so any advice you all have- please send my way! i have been looking at lots of options… but when i read this review by karyn at girl of cardigan, i was sold. this wrap was an investment {i spent money i had been saving for awhile} but felt so passionate about my future desire to ‘baby wear’ and this wrap couldn’t be more ‘me.’ i am hoping i love it half as much as karyn does and justified the purchase by thinking about using it with all of our children/throughout toddler years. she described the beautiful color by sayings, “It’s the deep sugared honey of sea-soaked sands, a color that marries the foam of Seattle lattes to salt spray and pineapple skins, the crusts of bread baking and the weathered wood walls of a Montauk lighthouse. This is a color as at home bikini-clad on the beach as it is paired with sharp black skinnies for a trip downtown. It is urban and rustic and magical and downright yummy.”
and again, i was so sold. what a beautiful description. and it is so beautiful!!!
…
i am so excited. so far, kindred has been amazing to work with- i ordered it on a friday evening and it was on my door step monday. i absolutely can’t wait to explore this world of ‘baby wearing’ because i have read so many great things from fellow bloggers/friends.
…
again, any advice you have on baby wearing?
please let me know! thank you so much in advance

I'm so nervous to try these kinds of wraps. I have Penelope, who is 3 months and 16 pounds (if not more by now) and I'm so worried my back is going to ache!

I plan to babywear as well, it just seems like a great way to not only bond with your baby, but also to get stuff done haha. That is such a cute wrap!
