an easter tablescape
we returned home from a week by the sea in florida late saturday and then enjoyed a quiet day at home for easter with just our little family. it was nice to go at our own slower pace and soak in all the goodness of the day. it involved jazz music and the sing 2 soundtrack, baskets and egg hunts and picnics, baking a cake with nash, taking in the trees surrounding our home, farm fresh eggs from friends, and a dinner together. here are some photos of the tablescape (mainly vintage and fresh flowers).
the amber/pink depression glass vase was a gift from my momma
we saw a yellow butterfly flurry around us while we each shared what we think our little baby brother/sister will look like and i could feel the Holy Spirit – always closely near.
i recently found the blue and white english iron stone at a local habitat for humanity… a whole box for $15! and it is just so lovely.
a happy easter to all who celebrate
i hope you enjoyed
