this event is so near and dear to my heart
when i lived in columbus {2006-2007} i worked at a private school for kids who have autism
and they absolutely stole my heart.

sensory overload 3.0
noda brewing creates a signature brew every april for autism awareness month.
we went last tuesday, april 5, for the tapping of this year’s brew, sensory overload 3.0- it was delicious! it’s a citrus infused ipa {tangerine, grapefruit, and orange peel}. noda brewing company is so generous and is donating $1 of every beer sold this month to autism charlotte- so nice of them!
parks had a great time as well!
he received a lot of loving
the new spot is spacious with fun decor and an amazing outdoor area
{again, perfect for kids and dogs!}
heart this girl!
parks loved snuggling with her and we have lots of common interests- lots.
my first roommate in charlotte- july 2007
kate and her precious {and super fun} son, william
i came into this new city very dependent/young {and very stressed- ha} and found the perfect, lifetime friend. i have grown so much since then and have her to thank for a lot of that.
she’s always, always there for me.
but mostly, i love raising baby boys with her!
{pac-man made an appearance?!}
saturday should be a great party!
…
please let me know if you have any questions about the event and i hope you enjoy it if you are able to attend- i promise you won’t be disappointed!
…
i mean a saturday spent with friends at a brewery…
on a spring day with food trucks, live music and an awesome silent auction
{with delicious craft brews!}
all supporting a great local charity
you really can’t go wrong!
…
{ps: please let me know if you plan/end up going! i am in ohio visiting my family and friends with the baby {so, so sad to miss this year!} and would love to hear how you liked it! tag me on insta if you think about it @nellemonaco – would LOVE to see photos!}
