forty days of yoga- day 17
today’s class: 90 min of power vinyasa (very hot)
teacher: the amazing sally
what i walked away with: today was a special day- we celebrated 7 years of yoga one by rocking out to our favorite love songs next to a wall with a huge heart and the words, ‘love the ONE you’re with!!’ *there are no words for how wonderful and touching it was- to experience this in a room with 114 other yogis (there wasn’t a vacant space in the room)… practicing to the beatles, prince, the spice girls, cher, meatloaf, mj, doing frog position to aerosmith’s ‘i don’t want to miss a thing!’ and the list goes on…
… i left thinking, ‘there is no where else i would rather practice.’
