today’s class: 60 min of power vinyasa (hot)

what i walked away with: i am thankful for my friends from home- although they live far away- they would do anything in the world for me…
how lucky and blessed am i for this amazing gift of true friendship. i get homesick often for them–unfortunately, today was one of those days.
… but i know that they’re all in my heart– never far in spirit.
*a very special thanks to my dear friend, renee, for all of her support with our wedding- so, so above and beyond and so special to me… there are no words for how sweet she is and how much she means to me. yesterday was a day that i will never forget… thanks love.
i was also able to chat with another one of my bridesmaids tonight- ‘the girl next door’ growing up- loved our conversation and LOVE you Lisa- so much. xo
