THANK YOU all SO much for the amazing messages and comments yesterday and today!! 

I am overwhelmed with love. 

what’s next: my plan is to continue to go to yoga 4-5 times a week – along with walking/jogging and riding my bike around my neighborhood…
now that the weather is warmer – goodbye chilly weather – hello sunshine.

… i am thinking about doing yoga every day in april – a 30 day challenge…
