happy birthday, lucas – a baseball themed party!
it has been exactly one year since this post on simply love. it has been so wonderful watching this baby boy grow- getting cuter every day. last sunday, april 13, we attended the most adorable birthday party for our favorite one-year-old, Lucas. the weather was perfect- as we celebrated in the park next to our house. it was wonderful to walk there and enjoy a spring day outside. here are a few photos from the baseball themed birthday gathering… complete with nachos, hotdogs on the grill, brews, popcorn, cupcakes, cracker jacks, and six cute one-year-old boys running around playing in the sun. both of their families are so sweet and friendly- we had the best time- always love seeing them. lots of laughter, great chats, and fun – a great party in the park. we love you all – very much. (especially you, Lucas Riley!) thank you for always supporting us and for being such great friends to us in charlotte.
