If drinking margaritas and eating tacos is celebrating, then yes I do!! 🙂 Living in San Diego, we are never at a loss for good Mexican food, one of my all time fave things about this city.

How amazing is it that Cinco de Mayo falls on a Taco Tuesday this year?! When I taught at my old school, we made sombreros out of a styrofoam cup and a paper plate, made maracas out of toilet paper tubes, learned the reason for the holiday in a quick history lesson, and did the Mexican Hat Dance to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Tonight, I will be making fish tacos for dinner :o) Have fun celebrating!
