Thanks for the tips! I had heard about taking it as a daily supplement. I tried it one day but gagged, so I started spreading on my breakfast and it was much better. I will also try it for energy. I could definitely use the boost…

My husband uses a coconut oil spray for some mild psoriasis he was getting on his chin (beard problems), and it cleared it right up. That stuff is amazing. I use a coconut oil hand lotion that is a miracle worker. I tried oil pulling and that was not for me, but otherwise I love coconut oil!

Yes! Trader joes is the best! I use for moisturizer, put in my protein shakes every morning, use for cooking, diaper rash
