holiday gift ideas for your best friend

on another note, today marks exactly one year since we signed the papers and bought our home, willow. we have no regrets and love it so much. we started the building process in august of 2014 and signed december 15 {walking in the door with a flocked christmas tree, carton of red wine, and the jambox} a memory i will always remember. it’s been a great year- we love living five minutes from uptown charlotte- near a lot of diversity, great neighbors, fun/eclectic areas, restaurants, the n.c music factory, boutiques, coffee shops, and parks. looking forward to bringing baby monaco home to this house soon and making more memories in 2016.

I feel like girl bffs are hard!!! A great girlfriend at work got me a She Reads Truth Bible study book (love!); my bff is doing a small kitchen reno so I've got her a new kitchen towel, oven mitt from Anthropologie (because their linens are beautiful) and a necklace from Noonday collection. My other bff lives about 6 hrs away and I get her a gift card for her favorite boutique shop!

I was planning on getting a friend of mine a gift card to Sephora… But honestly, I don't feel like that's all that personal… So I now plan on truly LOOKING for something… However, that might take a bit longer than I expected.
