parks and nash meet | hospital photos

this post is full of photos documenting what might just be the very best moment of my life so far. our early june charleston proposal, our entire wedding day, and the crisp winter morning i first saw parks/became a mom for the first time are up there… but this one has my heart. our photographer | stephanie wiseman photography did the most incredible job of capturing the moment; the moment my two sweet boys met for the first time. i know i will cherish these forever. here are just some of the images of the time parks met his little brother, nash. i hope they will be the closest of friends and i look forward to watching their bond grow as they create memories over the years ahead.

this was right after they met… i could not control my emotions/wasn’t expecting to feel quite like this.

he has the sweetest disposition and i feel like this shows it so perfectly

parks’ favorite thing is his jellycat dino, ‘mo mo’ 

a local mom was selling a brand new dino (slightly different than his) so i purchased it for him to give to baby nash – he was so excited.

a business/creative friend, korie, created the most beautiful baby book ever 

(i am not kidding- it’s beyond perfect) 

this smile says it all. 

he is in love (completely obsessed) with baby nash

i love how he says his name, always wants to hold him, and wants a photo every time

‘momma, photo… cheese!!’

it feels so genuine; so pure. 

stephanie, your talent never ceases to amaze me and i am so grateful for you. you were so patient (especially when parks wanted to ‘see’ the photos’), loving, sweet, and enthusiastic – the perfect combination for any new momma + family. we are so thankful for what you captured; it was magical. and now we have all of these (and so many more) to remember this special time.
