i have experienced this pain with all three of my pregnancies (my first being by far the worst) but when i mentioned it on instagram last month, i was blown away by both the support and the amount of women who also experience this during pregnancy. and how much pain they also feel. it’s the type that takes your breath away. this time around, i went with a prenatal massage at a local women’s wellness lounge (owned by the sweetest soul) and i have been pain-free ever since/it was on may 18. so if you are local to charlotte, north carolina, i can’t recommend abode in davidson enough. i have been praying that the pain continues to stay away, but am also so thankful for the relief i have had so far during the third trimester. i hope if you experience this, some of these suggestions help you…
