reminisce visual productions | an expression session
thank you to reminisce visual productions for kindly sponsoring this post. all opinions are 100% honest & completely my own.
photos of parks are the most special images to me during this time period in my life. i just love them so much. when stephanie, the owner of reminisce visual productions reached out to me about her new idea for toddlers- an expression session- i was all about it. she came over to our home with all of the supplies and was so easy-going, fun, and had the warmest personality. stephanie was so patient and took her time with parks (he loved her, too) as she took shots of his personality. then last week she sent me a message that said, ‘there’s a delivery on your front porch!!’ … and it was ‘love at first sight’ when i opened the door.
-the details-
+ the whole idea is to capture the many facial expressions that make up a toddler’s personality during this stage (such a cute idea, right?)
+ stephanie consulted with me prior about my style and the main color scheme for our home (i told her lots of white / gray and that scandivanian/some mid-modern/a touch of vintage is my overall vision)
+ she recommends doing this in your home so that your child feels more safe and comfortable
+ using the photos, she creates a framed piece of art for you

{top left: i think that’s my absolute fav- showing off his happy spirit}
she also offers a lot of other packages: newborn, children, family, interior, videography… and has the perfect personality for the job. i really enjoyed hanging out with her during parks’ shoot.
if you are local to the charlotte area and have small children, i cannot recommend this session enough. i think we will always cherish these photos. always.
-my sweet and silly boy-
i feel like she captured each and every one of his tiny, perfect expressions
it literally makes me smile every time i look at it.
we might move it (i move things often) but i love having it in our room at the moment
(note: the frame came with glass but i took it out due to glares- just for these photos)
again, we absolutely loved this experience and are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such a sweet and talented person. we are so appreciative for such a priceless piece to hang in our home.
