simply gather | a baby sprinkle

a few weeks ago, i drove from charlotte to cincinnati with parks + nash to surprise my sister with an intimate baby sprinkle. and we surprised her! i love a good surprise; i definitely get that from my mom and dad. but it was so wonderful and so special and i wanted to share the event with you all.

gia and the blooms always does the most beautiful job
this compote was warm and so lovely for a winter day
i love her so much
(and my new niece or nephew)
louvino . over-the-rhine in cincinnati
they were the BEST to work with- i can’t recommend them enough
they have a larger downstairs room and this is the ‘champage room’ which was airy and well lit
the manager, micahel, went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful
-the tablescape-

about twelve women were present . a few had to cancel last minute due to large amounts of snow
we missed them lots but enjoyed the ones who could make it
i decided to go more simple (which has been my inner voice with just about everything in life lately)
one floral arrangment, treats from brown bear bakery, a cake and some thrifted pieces for the table
a cup of coffee and a few drinks with some beautiful mommas
brown bear bakery baked the most incredible treats + favors for the guests
the food was so delicious
thankful for my mom and her willingness to make these special days possible for us
tia loving on baby nash
a big thank you to
rachel’s cakes (anna, ohio)
you are all so wonderful.
i know my sister loved and appreciated the event
which made my heart so happy
i can’t wait to meet my nephew or niece soon
(expected to arrive so soon! she is due on 2.21.19)
