amazing sandwich idea: 


california sandwich- tomato, avocado, cucumber, sprouts & chive spread.
tonight was our 8th grade social at school 
another year coming to an end… always bittersweet.

i teach the one in the middle- adore him. 
one of my favorite people in the world…

    I did the 30 minute "Standing Slim 2" online workout again, plus the 10 minute arm video. I spoke too soon yesterday when I said I wasn't that sore…by muscles are SCREAMIN' today!
