I didn't do Day 4 on Day 4…I did it on Day 5. Oops! Time got away from me on Friday and I wasn't able to workout. It's just proof that I need to make sure to get up early and do barre3 before my day even starts, then there's no excuse! Today (Saturday) I did a new 30-minute online video called "Ballet Body." I loved how it incorporated all the old ballet terms I knew as a kid! Core work is more rewarding now: I feel like I'm getting something out of it instead of just struggling through it. I've noticed my core is a lot stronger lately! I also did the 10 minute arm video. Have a great weekend!
