what i walked away with: no matter what kind of day i have – calm, stressful, in between- being on my mat is a way to re-charge- to re-start- and i feel so energized and amazing after …
*bonus- i ran into my dearest friend in charlotte- anna and her adorable sister at yogaone- always so great to see them- made my night!!

going along with that note- reading this in one of my student’s daybooks made a
-not so great school year – so much better. it’s not a luxurious job- it’s not about money or titles – but it sure is priceless & important. i just wish our society honored that.
so grateful to have been given the opportunity to teach this student – she is exactly what i would want my daughter to be like someday… and so much more.

My workout was the 30-minute online video "barre3 Lean" with Sadie. Then I did the 10 minute Madonna Arms video.
