–> i’ve heard aMaZinG things about this book and am looking forward to reading it throughout the month of september as i begin this journey…
*i truly think that this lifestyle will help my energy level and overall efficiency throughout the day- especially with teaching 8th graders 🙂



*i wake up early (in the 5am hour) and often do 6am hot yoga- so i wanted to start by researching some breakfast ideas – below are 20 different choices- i am most intrigued by the recipes for paleo bars- which i’ve heard of from my sister as well (she’s very healthy and is an inspiration to me) … and feel like those would be great for the hectic
